What are the splits, and what will this actually cost me?+
Pick your structure: Mentorship 75/25, Growth 85/15, or Max 100%, each with a monthly plan fee. A $199 annual E and O and compliance fee, due when you join. Transaction fees are $499 on residential and commercial, and 10% on vacant land and rentals ($100 minimum, $499 maximum). No franchise fees. Fees live in Exhibit A. Read the full agreement before you sign.
What support do I actually get?+
A real person on the Aari team who picks up, backed by a licensed Florida broker, transaction coordination through Aari Transactions (required on Mentorship, optional on Growth and Max, billed at closing), broker compliance review built into the file process, and the full stack available on every plan, including SkySlope, FGCMLS (MLS dues paid by you), and more, turned on when you become Active, as your agreement defines it.
How does billing work?+
Your monthly and annual fees are charged to your card on file through our payment processor, and transaction fees come out of your commission at closing. Your first plan fee is charged the day you become Active (your Start Date, or the day DBPR records your license with Aari if that comes later), and then on that same day every month. You get a 5-day grace period, then a $25 late fee. After written notice you get 5 business days to fix a failed payment, or your affiliation can go Inactive, so keep it current.
Can I move up to a better split later?+
Yes. After three closed residential sales in the last 24 months, at Aari or at another brokerage and verified by the broker, you can request a move up, subject to broker approval. Your structure should fit your business, not trap you in it.
How fast can I join?+
Sign today. Pick a plan, review and e-sign your independent contractor agreement, and pay today. Your portal, CRM and tools turn on when you become Active, as your agreement defines it.
Is there a cap or tiers I have to unlock?+
No. No cap, no revenue share, no downline. Experienced agents choose a plan, subject to broker approval; newer agents start on Mentorship and may request a change once eligible, as set out in Exhibit A.
What tools and software are included?+
Every plan, Max included, comes with SkySlope Suite with DigiSign, Books, and SkySight, plus SkySlope Forms, Offers, Breeze, Ayce, Aari CRM, and FGCMLS access (MLS and board dues paid by you). Available on every plan and turned on when you become Active, as your agreement defines it. No extra fees from Aari. Platforms can change, as set out in Exhibit A.
Is Aari Realty a franchise?+
No. Aari Realty is an independent brokerage, broker-owned by Marlenyi Paredes. No franchise fees, no corporate layers, no revenue share to a parent company.
Can I leave at any time?+
Yes. Either side can end the affiliation with written notice. The notice terms are in Section 12 of the ICA, and any fees that apply when you leave are in Exhibit A. Logins and keys go back within 24 hours, other company property within 3 business days, and your online profiles get updated within 5 calendar days.
How does E and O insurance work?+
The broker maintains an E and O policy covering professional services. You are included at no extra cost beyond the $199 annual fee. Personal Transactions are not covered, as set out in your agreement. On a covered claim from your conduct, you pay the deductible. Some activities are excluded, and you carry the full cost on those, as your agreement sets out. Report potential claims within 24 hours.
