This Privacy Policy explains how Aari Realty LLC ("Aari Realty," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit joinaari.com or apply to join the brokerage. By using this site and submitting an application, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number.
Professional information — real estate license number, MLS affiliation, years licensed, recent transaction/closing history, REALTOR® association, and region.
Identity verification — if you choose to upload a photo of your real estate license, the image is used to read your name and license number. (See "Service providers" below.)
Payment information — when you enroll, payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems; card data is handled directly by Stripe.
Agreement records — your electronic signature, initials, consent, and the date, time, IP address, and device/browser used when you sign your Independent Contractor Agreement, retained as a record of execution.
Site usage — basic technical data your browser sends automatically (e.g., IP address, device type).
How we use your information
To review and process your application to join the brokerage.
To prepare, execute, and retain your Independent Contractor Agreement and related onboarding documents.
To set up and manage your plan, billing, and recurring fees.
To communicate with you about your application, onboarding, and account.
To meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, including those of the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC).
Service providers we share information with
We share information only with the vendors that help us operate, and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information. These include:
Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
Resend — delivery of confirmation, receipt, and agreement emails.
Anthropic — if you upload a license photo, the image is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to extract your name and license number. Images are not stored after processing and are not used for model training.
Vercel — website and application hosting.
We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
Data retention
We retain application, agreement, and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the brokerage and to satisfy legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements. Some records must be kept for multi-year periods under Florida real estate law even after a relationship ends.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including handling card data through a PCI-compliant payment provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. Please note that we may need to retain certain records to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and some requests may be limited as a result.
Electronic communications
By submitting your information, you consent to receive electronic communications from us related to your application, agreement, and account.
Children
This site is intended for licensed or aspiring real estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision.
