These Terms of Service govern your use of joinaari.com and any application submitted to join Aari Realty LLC ("Aari Realty," "we," "us"), a Florida licensed real estate brokerage, license BK3530153. By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
This site is for licensed Florida real estate professionals, or individuals actively pursuing Florida licensure, who are evaluating or applying to affiliate with Aari Realty. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment.
Agents who join Aari Realty affiliate as independent contractors, not employees. Plan splits, monthly fees, and transaction fees described on this site reflect the compensation structure of that independent contractor relationship, not wages, and do not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Aari Realty and any agent.
Current plans and associated fees are described on this site and in your Independent Contractor Agreement, and may include a monthly or quarterly plan fee, a $199 annual E&O and compliance fee due at signup, and per transaction fees of $499 residential and $299 vacant land. Fees are billed through SkySlope Books. Accounts carry a 5-day grace period after a missed payment, after which a $25 late fee applies. Continued nonpayment can result in deactivation of your affiliation and access to brokerage systems. Plan pricing may change prospectively; any change will not alter fees already billed.
Regardless of plan, split, or level of independence described on this site, Aari Realty LLC, through its broker of record, retains full compliance oversight and file review authority over every transaction handled under its license, as required under Chapter 475, Florida Statutes, and applicable FREC rules. Language on this site describing agent independence, control, or "your rules" refers to business structure and compensation choice, not a waiver of the broker's supervisory duties.
Any comparison, example, or testimonial on this site regarding compensation, splits, or business outcomes is illustrative only. Aari Realty does not guarantee any level of income, production, or business result. Individual results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions and individual effort.
Free tools referenced on this site, including the contract deadline calculator, are provided for reference only and do not replace review of your executed contract or independent legal or compliance advice. Aari Realty is not responsible for errors arising from reliance on a free reference tool in place of your contract terms. This site may also reference or link to third party services, including SkySlope, FGCMLS, Stellar MLS, and electronic signature providers, which operate under their own terms.

This site and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aari Realty LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lee County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs. This provision does not apply to disputes governed by the Independent Contractor Agreement, which contains its own dispute resolution terms.
