By signing this Agreement, the Associate agrees that all notices, disclosures, amendments, and communications from the Company are delivered by email to the email address the Associate provided. Any copy posted in the Company’s compliance platform is a courtesy copy; the email is the notice. Notice sent to that email address is deemed delivered and received when sent, and no reply or acknowledgment by the Associate is required. The phone number on file is for everyday contact only and is not a method of notice under this Agreement. The Associate shall keep this contact information current and notify the Company in writing of any change; until the Company receives that notice, notice sent to the email address on file remains effective.
